DESIGN PHASE
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
To initiate the design and planning phase, we will schedule a design interview with our top-notch design team to discuss your ideas and design style. Our team, with its extensive experience, will provide you with a wealth of collective knowledge and options.
Collaborate with our design team at our carefully curated design facility! We will assist you in selecting materials, finishes, and colour palettes. This will allow you to explore options that we know are readily available and fit within your budget. The CCD design team will create the initial concept plans for your new project! Once these are completed, we will present them to you in 3D during the design presentation meeting, which will be held at our design facility. Following that, decisions will be made on selections and the project's scope of work will be finalized.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In the preconstruction and engineering phase of your project, you will meet your Project Manager and the team at your home during our contractor meeting.
The Creative Column Design team will go over each aspect of the project to enable the trades to offer a precise quote for their services.
FINAL BUDGETING
In this phase, our estimator will undertake the task of gathering all the individual components and obtaining pricing details. Once we have received all the quotes, the estimator will compile the final budget, which will then undergo a thorough review by the design and production team to ensure its accuracy.
Following this review, the Project Manager will assess the budget and present you with possible options for your approval. The payment schedule will be updated accordingly, and the final construction documents will be completed and ready for your authorization.
